They provide International Internet / phone tracking service for all the shipments.

We are able to contact private and reliable freight agents for heavy or large shipments.

   

 

PAYMENTS & FORMALITIES

 

 

We normally agree with our contacts that if they will not like for any reason the objects or if they just change their mind in a reasonable time after the reception, it will be surely possible to send them back to us (paying the mail cost for the return) and we will refund the entire value of the object as soon as we receive it.  

 

We do this to have a friendly and honest relationship with our costumers.

 

We normally accept payment by Direct Debit (Bank wire transfer) on our bank account. 

We can also accept credit card payments by secure SSL 128 bit paypal service.

 

Payments have to be made stating to the client bank to send the Total and Net Credited amount.

Our bank will take at least a week to clear the transaction from the date when You will make the deposit. We normally tell our client that they will receive the items between 7 to 15 days from the date of their payment to the bank but the standard time is just one week.
